When customer find their software doesn't work one day, they can contact us at once. It might need to update. After receiving messages, we will send the new software to them.
2.Adding Extral Functions
If customers require more other functions for their equipment, they need to inquire with our engineers and we will evaluate the feasibility and give them feedbacks asap. Normal, it might take 3-7 working days to revise a new software depending on the scale of customers' technical requirements.
