External Short Circuit Tester

It meets the external short circuit test of ECE R100 and UL2580.

BELL's External Short Circuit Tester, also known as a external short circuit test machine, simulates the external short-circuit condition of ECE R100, UL2580 and so on. With the internal resistance less than 5mΩ, it can loading max current capabilities of 2000~25000A. It can be equipped with an external resistance cabinet and an explosion-proof chamber. Besides, it is has advanced control system with this high accuracy. Machines can be customized to a very advanced one according to customers' requirement.

Performance

• 1. With strong structure, this machine can bear large short circuit current and comply with the corresponding standards.
• 2. Regarding the test requirement of the short-circuit test , it has to be less than 5 mΩ to bear maximum current. The internal resistance of our machine is under 5 mΩ.
• 3. The electrical system for short-circuit system is stable. Using special contacts, full copper terminal, it can make sure safety and stablity when the machine loads max capacity.
