Freon /CO2 cold-wall cooler is specially used for Freon direct cooling battery pack test equipment, through the control of Freon pressure, supercooling, superheat, mass flow distribution and other ways to control the working parameters of the whole machine, in order to imitate the vehicle cold-wall temperature control state of thermal testing. It can choose three modes: refrigeration condition, heat pump condition and PTC preheating condition.

Compared with traditional liquid cooling temperature control, Freon direct cooling system reduces the coolant cycle components, which has the advantages of higher reliability, lighter weight, less energy consumption and more stable working conditions.
